Concrete Services
Residential concrete for South Philly homes — from a single cracked sidewalk square to a full backyard patio.
Sidewalks & Violation Repair
Philly sidewalks take a beating from tree roots, freeze-thaw and decades of foot traffic. We saw-cut, remove and haul away the old slabs, set a compacted stone base, form it straight and pour fresh concrete with clean control joints and a broom finish for grip. Got a violation notice from the city? Send us a photo of it and we’ll quote the repair.
- Full tear-out & haul-away
- Compacted stone base
- Tooled edges & control joints
- Broom finish for slip resistance
- Tree-root & curb transitions
Steps & Stoops
Your stoop is where the neighborhood happens — it should look the part and be safe for Nonna. We form and pour new concrete steps with even risers, crisp nosings and proper pitch so water runs off, not in. We also tie new steps into existing block or stone walls, like the job pictured here.
- Even, code-friendly risers
- Crisp formed edges
- Railing-ready
- Ties into existing walls & walks
Patios & Backyards
Small city yard or big suburban lot, we design patios around how you’ll actually use them: room for the table, the grill and the fig tree. Properly sloped away from the house, with clean borders and the finish you like — broom, smooth trowel or stamped.
- Sloped away from the house
- Border & joint layout
- Broom, smooth or stamped finish
- Walkway connections
Driveways & Parking Pads
A driveway has to carry weight for decades. We excavate, compact a proper base, reinforce and pour at driveway thickness, then joint it so cracking stays where it belongs. Rear parking pads, aprons and garage approaches too.
- Reinforced slab
- Proper base & compaction
- Aprons & garage approaches
- Drainage-minded grading
Stamped & Decorative
Want something with a little more personality? Stamped and colored concrete gives you the look of cut stone, slate or old-world pavers at a fraction of the upkeep. We’ll bring samples and help you pick a pattern that fits the house.
- Stone, slate & brick patterns
- Integral & release colors
- Contrasting borders
- Sealed finish
Concrete Repair & Replacement
Not every bad slab needs a full tear-out. We’ll take an honest look and tell you what makes sense: patching, partial replacement, or starting fresh. If it needs to come out, we handle demo and disposal.
- Honest repair-vs-replace advice
- Section replacement
- Demo & disposal
- Trip-hazard fixes
Slabs, Basements & Trench Infill
After the plumber or electrician trenches your floor, someone has to put it back right. We prep with vapor barrier and doweled rebar into the existing slab, pour, and finish flush — like the trench infill shown here. We also pour new shed, garage and basement slabs.
- Vapor barrier
- Doweled rebar into existing slab
- Flush finish to existing floor
- Shed, garage & basement floors
Curbs, Walls & Footings
The small jobs matter too. We pour curbs, footings, equipment pads and short retaining walls — and we show up for them like they’re the big ones.
- Curb replacement
- Footings & equipment pads
- Small retaining walls
- Fence & post footings
